Tricare Prime, Medicaid, & Denali KidCare used as Primary Insurance MUST have a referral in our system to make an appointment. Patients with those as primary insurers will have their appointment canceled if an appointment is made without a referral. If you have one of those insurances as your Primary Insurance and don’t have a referral in our system or aren’t sure, please call us and we will help you get an appointment. Not all appointment times are available for online scheduling, so please call us to schedule if you cannot find a time that suits you. Wasilla appointments must call our office to schedule as we are only there one day per month. Once we receive your appointment request, we will call you to get more information and confirm the appointment. If you do not receive a call within a day, please call us to ensure your appointment is scheduled. We will send you an invite to sign up for our patient portal, Onpatient, when we speak to you on the phone.
