Tricare Prime, Medicaid, & Denali KidCare used as Primary Insurance MUST have a referral in our system to make an appointment. Patients with those as primary insurers will have their appointment canceled if an appointment is made without a referral. If you have one of those insurances as your Primary Insurance and don’t have a referral in our system or aren’t sure, please call us and we will help you get an appointment. Not all appointment times are available for online scheduling, so please call us to schedule if you cannot find a time that suits you. You will receive a confirmation email in which you must click the link within one hour to confirm your appointment. We will call you with a confirmation when we receive your request. If you do not receive a call within a day, please call us to ensure your appointment is scheduled. When we receive your appointment request, we will then send you an invitation to join our Onpatient Portal at Onpatient.com. Please sign up and enter your information to check-in online, make payments, and communicate. You are unable to sign up for Onpatient until we send you the invitation to do so by email.
